Production Phase

The production phase marks the climax of the development process, where the product is deployed and ready for end-user interaction. Here, the Squad Lead oversees the production deployment and coordinates project management, while the SysAdmin is responsible for maintaining the production infrastructure and ensuring its proper functioning.

Once the production deployment is complete, a continuous monitoring system is established to oversee the performance and health of the product, along with a bug tracking system to identify and resolve issues that may arise.
